Learn simple tools and insider knowledge on how to become a partner with your health care provider. Learn how to present the most accurate representation of your health to your provider in a 15-minute visit. The results? More individualized care, increased satisfaction, and a health plan that works for YOU!

Gabby Ceccolini is the Founder of CORE Patients. She has 8 years of professional experience in medical education and is passionate about educating patients on how and why to communicate the best picture of their health to their poviders. Communication – a simple yet complex skill. She cares about you and she cares about providers as she plans to enhance all patient-provider relationships.
