Does age matter? What is ageism and how does it affect us? In this interactive program, Cynthia Martin will help us to explore and understand the many aspects of stereotyping and discrimination based on age within society, and how we can take action to end ageist beliefs within ourselves and our community.

Cynthia has been a social justice educator, advocate, and activist for over 30 years. She has trained thousands of young people and adults in a variety of settings including public and private schools, higher education, government, corporations, non-profit organizations, and community programs.
