Pia is the Owner and Director of Wabi-Sabi Yoga and Wellness Center in South Windsor, CT. Through yoga, meditation and breath work she believes healing happens from the inside out. We will start with Meditation and breath work followed by seated postures and standing postures with the assistance of a chair.
