Gender-affirming care for the transgender and gender-diverse population is under attack. Misinformation and false information are being spread by politicians and social media. This program will clarify the truths and the lies, supported by reputable medical sources, mental health sources, and evidence-based studies. This will be a safe space to ask questions and have respectful discussions regarding gender-affirming care in our current environment.

This program will also include using gender-inclusive language, understanding the importance of chosen names and pronouns, finding available reputable resources, and the importance of becoming an ally to the transgender and gender-diverse community. Jillian will explore topics and issues across the lifespan of the trans population based on her education, experience in the field, and her lived personal experience.
