DIY Kombucha (Virtual)

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Event Details

"Booch" flows at coffee shops and health food stores. It's become extremely trendy but many people still don't know why it's good for them. Kombucha's bacteria - the good kind of bacteria - supports everything from immune function and mental health to nutrient absorption.

A 16-oz bottle of store-bought kombucha averages about $4. Brewing your own costs about 6 cents for 16 oz! Learn how to make your own kombucha and about the importance of adding fermented foods to your diet. Presented by Grounded Goodwife mother/daughter duo Velya Jancz-Urban & Ehris Urban.
